Meet Sandrine Bih, a peace and conflict resolution enthusiast

Sandrine Bih is a young, vibrant and passionate woman who yearns for peace and takes a keen interest in the economic empowerment of women as a tool for peace-building. She is a committed humanitarian worker and serves in the capacity of Assistant Head of Department for the Wealth Creation at Reach Out NGO, where issues of vulnerable women are treated with utmost importance. Through economic empowerment with the ultimate goal of increasing women’s household income and the creation of small businesses, Sandrine has contributed to helping women graduate from poverty.

For the past 5years, she is best known for building the capacities of vulnerable women in entrepreneurship, business startup, management and expansion, Sexual and Reproductive health Rights.
Being a graduate of the University of Buea, with a Master’s Degree in Peace conflict and security studies, Sandrine started her humanitarian journey as a volunteer for national NGOs in Buea. Before joining the humanitarian sector, she also worked as a secretary in Global Tech documentation in Buea. Sandrine enjoys travelling to new places, spending time with family and reading romantic novels.
